Yuan came in with Katie after they were relinquished by owners who were going through hard times. They are a bonded pair of siblings who will need to be adopted together. Yuan is great with people - he is extremely affectionate. He will play with toys, and he walks well on a leash. He is very protective of Katie and his people. He will chase down small animals and become extremely protective if he feels Katie or his person is in danger. For this reason we are recommending a home without other pets or small children. We are searching for an adopter who can find it in their heart to give Yuan and Katie a loving home for the remainder of their lives.

We recognize adopters will face the usual medical expenses associated with senior animals. For this reason, funding is available as needed for medical expenses for the remainder of their lives.
