Ilo is one of 4 collies WCCR has rescued from a hoarding situation in Nevada. He is a super sweet, affectionate collie who has made amazing progress over less than 2 weeks. He is in very good hands with his foster folks, who have gradually introduced him to new sights, sounds and experiences. He has been respectful of the 2 cats in this home (with proper guidance and gradual introductions). A gentle soul, he loves to learn and spend time with his people.
