Lance is a sweet, easy going 5 1/2 year old male collie whose owner could no longer care for him due to personal circumstances. OCR's foster family picked him up from his former owner, and they felt in love with him at first sight. Lance is now adopted by his foster family. He and his adopted collie brother became best buddies and playmates!
